for hospice care under the Medicaid program; reordering the                    
priorities given to optional services under the Medicaid program; and          
providing for an effective date" was read the second time.                     
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR                   
HOUSE BILL NO. 171(FIN) be advanced to third reading and                       
placed on final passage.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
